Reporting Your Claim:
- Call the police or other emergency agencies, if appropriate
- Report your claim to us as soon as possible
- Advise date & time of loss
- Provide involved parties names and contact information
- Provide a detailed description of events and loss
- Advise names and phone numbers of witnesses, if any
In the Event of a Loss:
- In most cases, a claims adjuster will contact you within 48 hours
- Auto – Obtain an estimate for repair if the vehicle is drivable
- Property – Protect your property from any further damage
